Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a refund or replacement only if your item:

• Arrives damaged
• Has a manufacturing defect
• Is lost in transit

Timeframe: Contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item.

Important:

• You must provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item to process the return.
• Size, color, or finish differences do not qualify for a refund. Please double-check product details before ordering.
• If you are unsure about sizing or specifications, contact us prior to purchase for guidance.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

• Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs may apply unless the item was damaged or defective).
• Refunds will be issued.
• Refunds must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of approval.

Note: Shipping fees and international customs duties are non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your item is lost or damaged during shipping:

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may issue a replacement or refund.
