Return & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Customers must have a valid and active PayPal account with a registered email address to be eligible for refunds. Due to international payment regulations in India, we are unable to send refund payments to customers who complete checkout using PayPal Guest Checkout without a registered PayPal account and email. Please ensure your purchase is made through a valid PayPal account to avoid any refund issues.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a refund or replacement only if your item:

• Arrives damaged
• Has a manufacturing defect
• Is lost in transit

Timeframe: Contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

• Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs may apply unless the item was damaged or defective).
• Refunds will be issued.
• Refunds must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of approval.

Note: Shipping fees and international customs duties are non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your item is lost or damaged during shipping:

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may issue a replacement or refund.
